Check out this interactive quiz that was developed as part of the second Energy IQ survey, conducted for American Petroleum Institute (API) by Harris Interactive® in June 2008.
The feedback if you miss a question is great - it includes an option to see how others answered the question along with the question source.

Online Magazine offers 101 info
There are LOTs of online magazines. I came across Suite101 this past weekend. Articles are written by "experts" and organized by categories. I have to admit that I lost a couple of hours surfing through the site. It's all text-based but has enough to keep you busy for a while - and they are looking for free-lance writers!
With 12 years online, over 150,000 articles and more than 2,000 professional, paid contract writers, Suite101.com is dedicated to delivering great articles by skilled writers.

The Five Attributes of Excellent Web-based Courses – What a Student Should Expect
This is a pretty good article on what a student should expect from online courses - delivered from a college student's perspective.
One statement I liked - "In simplest terms, technology should be chosen according to how it will help meet the specific learning objectives of a course." I think sometimes we try too hard to make the medium the focus - for example, it's hot now to deliver training on mobile devices but they may not be the best solution for a particular training course.

Twitter As a Learning Tool. Really
I'm still not convinced that "twittering" is a viable e-learning format. However, this article in ASTD Trends does have some good points - and some great resources for futher review. One good point:
"Think before you tweet. Each tweet is a webpage. It can be Googled. It’s forever."
